Jason Moore is a world-class experience designer and facilitator who helps leaders drive lasting change and make it stick. His work lives at the intersection of human behavior, neuroscience, and execution, translating complex ideas into practical experiences that move people from insight to action quickly. Over the past two decades, Jason has impacted more than 500,000 people worldwide, working with leaders, teams, and organizations who are serious about doing their best work in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. He is a bestselling author and the creator of multiple leadership and culture frameworks used globally to shift mindsets, behaviors, and results. Jason’s signature style blends warmth, precision, and challenge. His goal is always the same: help leaders see differently, act decisively, and become a fuller, brighter version of themselves.

I’m Michele Skogerboe. I design and deliver experiences that challenge how leaders think, behave, and show up for themselves and others. Rather than advising from the sidelines or preaching from the front of the room, I create immersive programs that surface hard truths, disrupt limiting patterns, and help leaders practice courage, care, and accountability in real time. My work draws from psychology, systems thinking, and design—always grounded in evidence but translated for real life. I work with leaders and teams inside complex organizations who are ready to stop performing leadership and start practicing it.

Richard Mirabile is an organizational psychologist with over 25 years of business, consulting, and academic experience as a technology founder, CEO, scholar, and advisor. He brings a multi-lens perspective to complex organizational challenges, helping executives, senior leaders, and teams strengthen their leadership and overall impact. His current work focuses on leadership development, high-performance teaming and facilitation, organization development, and executive coaching. He has served as a Guest Fellow at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and previously held senior roles including Senior Partner in Leadership Consulting at Heidrick & Struggles, Director of Human Resources for GTE Telephone Operations, Western Regional Vice President at Linkage, Inc., and Chief Learning Officer for Virtual Learn.
Dr. Mirabile was also the Founder and CEO of Success Factor Systems, the predecessor to SAP SuccessFactors. As its first CEO, he built the original business and product strategy, secured early venture funding, and led the company through its first seven years of growth before its IPO in 2007 and acquisition by SAP in 2012. Earlier in his career, he was an Assistant Professor at Purdue University, an adjunct faculty member at John F. Kennedy University, and a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin.

Corinne has spent more than 15 years training leaders, coaching teams, and supporting individuals in achieving meaningful, sustained success. Her early coaching experiences taught her that leadership isn’t about the x’s and o’s—it’s about building cohesive teams, motivating people effectively, and rediscovering the joy in working hard together. After navigating her own leadership rock-bottom, she became deeply committed to understanding what makes great teams thrive and how to inspire people in ways that truly matter. With a Master’s in Education in Guidance Counseling and a Coaching for Transformation certificate from Leadership That Works, Corinne brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her clients. She is a certified facilitator of Everything DiSC, the Five Behaviors, and the LEAD NOW! Leadership program, which includes a 360 assessment. When she’s not coaching leaders and teams, Corinne is with her family, chasing marathon PRs, reading leadership books, or relaxing in the San Juan Islands.
